Brief History of the Undergraduate Program

The Department of Business Administration, structured under the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences at Antalya Bilim University, began its academic journey in the 2012–2013 academic year. Aiming for international standards from the day of its establishment, the department made a start integrated into the global business world by setting its language of instruction as 100% English.

Built upon a holistic curriculum encompassing all disciplines of business science, the department is driven by the mission of cultivating leaders with a global vision who can respond to the dynamic requirements of the business world. Within the framework of this program, students receive in-depth education across all core sub-fields, including marketing, consumer behavior and brand management; finance and accounting; strategic financial management and reporting; human resources, talent management and organizational development; production and operations management, productivity and process design; management and organization, strategic planning and leadership; quantitative methods, decision-making processes and data analytics; as well as business ethics and law, social responsibility and the legal framework. This structure, which provides both theoretical depth and the development of practical application skills, offers students a personalized learning process tailored to their own career goals through a wide range of elective courses.

The department has taken a major step toward crowning its academic knowledge with sector experience. With the introduction of the Cooperative Education Program (Co-op), the Department of Business Administration revised its 2022–2023 curriculum and prepared its 2025–2026 curriculum last year. Through this program, students gain the opportunity to acquire active experience in professional working life and to learn the expectations of the sector firsthand over the course of two academic terms, before they even graduate.

Within Antalya Bilim University's Graduate Education Institute, the following four master's programs and one doctoral program are also conducted by the Business Administration Department:
