Course Contents

The purpose of this course is to teach students the fundamental concepts and principles related to the mechanics of materials (deformable bodies); to enable them to gain knowledge about the mechanical properties of materials; and to provide them with the ability to analyze and design structural bar elements in simple strength conditions (axial loading, bending, torsion, etc.).
