Course Contents

The aim of this course is to enable students to recognize basic pulpal and periapical diseases, distinguish the instruments, devices, medications and consumables used during endodontic treatment sessions, prepare the clinical setting for isolation, working length determination, root canal shaping, irrigation, intracanal medication and obturation, and assist the dentist safely and effectively during single- and multiple-visit treatments, retreatment, emergencies and complications.

Violations of scholastic honesty include, but are not limited to, cheating, plagiarism, fabricating information or citations, unauthorized use of sources, submitting another person's academic work, unauthorized possession of examinations, and engaging in dishonest academic practices. Any violation of the principles of scholastic honesty is considered a serious academic violation and may result in disciplinary action in accordance with the relevant university regulations.
