The aim of this course is to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct research to solve organizational problems. Specifically:Research Process and Project Management: Developing the ability to conduct a basic research project using methods such as surveys, questionnaires, and interview techniques.Quantitative and Qualitative Methods: Enabling students to evaluate quantitative and qualitative research methods and distinguish between different approaches.Application and Evaluation of Research Studies: Developing the skills to analyze and apply research studies.
